Fro Game
Conceived, prototyped and designed in 2016, Fro App is a game that was inspired by the beauty of people embracing their natural hair. It features a character with a small fro, on an interactive journey of hair care. The player collects nourishing items like coconut oil and avocados to help their character's hair grow, while avoiding hot blowdryers for a healthy fro that continues to grow. Designed with young girls in mind, Fro App fosters a positive understanding of natural hair care and self-love. As of 2023, the app is currently is not on the app store and is undergoing updates!
